SIMPLE – SUPPORT INSTALLATION .......... $200.00

Take down light fixture and remove existing box. Install fan support brace.
Assemble, hang and balance fan.
 

 
PULL CHAIN OR REMOTE FAN INSTALLATION .......... $225.00

No existing wiring on ceiling. Run wire through attic with at least 2’ clearance.
Install fan support brace. Assemble, hang and balance fan.

ATTIC W/SWITCH INSTALLATION .......... $250.00

No existing wiring on ceiling. Run wire through attic and down to wall switch location.
Install fan support brace. Assemble, hang and balance fan.

HARD FAN INSTALLATION .......... $300.00+
               
No existing wiring on ceiling. No attic accessibility.  Cut small holes in drywall in order to run wiring.
Install fan support brace. Assemble, hang and balance fan. Drywall patching, re-texturing and repainting to be completed by homeowner or other contractors.

HIGH CEILINGS

High ladder fee will apply for ceilings over 12’.

MULTI-GANG SWITCH LOCATIONS

Expand wall switch location to accommodate new fan switch and existing switch.  $75.00 per location.
