Today, I called up Pete and told him that my front yard Christmas lights are out, not working. I was expecting the usual stuff you’d get with other companies, like they’d send their electrician to fix it. To my surprise, Pete was kind enough to walk me through my problem over the phone and explained that it was due to the heavy rain that caused the GFI to shut down. Then he told me how to get it back on. All this he did over the telephone and it cost me nothing. He ended by saying that ‘I was his customer and that’s the service I’d get from him.’ That is really impressive. I felt like family. I’ve never met anyone so honest and sincere like Pete. I will definitely use Armes for a long time.

Very impressed with these guys. Showed up on time, did a high-quality install job, and finished within about an hour. Granted, it was a small job, but they were up-front about pricing, and stayed within the quoted price. Would absolutely use them again. E

This is my 3rd time coming to my house for a variety of things I needed completed. Always prompt and polite when entering my home. Clean up is always done and they did make cover holes back with pieces they cut out. I never call for other quotes when it comes to electricians, you get what you pay for!
