These are the type of people you wish were every contractor you call. They are honest, responsive and do not take advantage of an insurance claim like others I have encountered in my nightmare journey through a water leak. I tried others and had to get involved when the job was taking much longer than it should and I found out that no city permits were pulled by the other contractors. Armes employees have even helped me navigate the maze of work that had nothing to do with them. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment, but even better, they moved me up when they had some extra time earlier in the week. They did their work quickly and charged me reasonable rates.
